After your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to check the status of your package. Please note that it is normal for the tracking information to not update for 1-3 business days while the package is in transit to the courier. If your package is marked as delivered on the carrier’s website but you have not received it, please check locations such as your porch, backyard, garage, or any place where the package might have been left.
